Willis Ashby, CFP®
Founder And President
Financial Advisor
Willis Ashby is a financial planner as well as the Founder and President of Integra Financial. He is responsible for the firm's ongoing operation and strategic direction. Willis started the company in 1990 to provide investment advice and services that match his clients' current situations and to help them achieve long term financial security for themselves and their families. He is particularly proud of being a fiduciary advisor, putting his clients' needs ahead of his own. He is also a long-term member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the Financial Planning Association. Willis started his career in 1977 and received his CFP in 1989. Willis has been featured in Forbes Magazine, 5280 Magazine, and ColoradoBiz Magazine, and he was awarded Five Star Wealth Manager status for Denver every year since 2011 by the Five Star Professional consumer research organization.

Nicholas Weisert, CFP®

Nick is an Investment Advisor Representative at Integra Financial. Nick has worked in finance for 14 years in various roles including investment banking, private equity and wealth management. He received his bachelor’s degree with distinction from the University of Colorado, with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting. Nick’s unique combination of technical expertise and passion for helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals are what drive his client advocacy. Nick, his wife Anne, and their two boys, Aidan and Dylan, love experiencing everything Colorado has to offer. They can be found spending time in the Colorado outdoors hiking in the spring and summer and snowboarding in the winter. Additionally, they are avid concert goers (Nick picked up a love of live music while living in Austin) and travelers.

Financial Advisor
Keith Fevurly, J.D., MBA, LLM, is a Certified Financial Planner®, published author in the field of wealth management, and Investment Advisor Representative with Integra Financial. He is also a retired attorney in the states of Colorado and Kansas. Keith has over 25 years of experience as a financial planner and a teacher in the area of investments. Keith provided his Legal and Tax Services as a licensed attorney, independent from Integra Financial.

Manager of Operations
Kathy Patton is the Manager of Operations at Integra Financial. Kathy oversees the firm’s operations and customer support services. She is dedicated to the overall improvement of organizational processes, to ensure the delivery of the best client experience possible.
⚠️ Fraud Alert: Impersonation Scam Involving Advisor Willis
We have been made aware of a scam involving individuals impersonating Willis, one of our financial advisors, through WhatsApp and possibly other messaging platforms.
These messages are fraudulent and are not from Willis or Integra Financial.
What You Need to Know
While Willis may connect with current clients on social media, he will never:
- Initiate financial conversations through messaging apps or social platforms
- Request sensitive personal information (like account numbers or Social Security numbers)
- Offer investments or financial advice via WhatsApp, text message, or direct message
All financial communication from our office will come through official channels only — including email from our firm domain (@integrafinancial.ws), scheduled phone calls, or secure client portals.
What to Do If You Receive a Suspicious Message
If you receive a message claiming to be from Willis (or anyone at Integra Financial) that seems unexpected or suspicious:
- Do not respond.
- Do not click any links or provide personal information.
- Take a screenshot of the message if possible.

How We Protect You
We take your security seriously. Integra Financial uses trusted third-party custodians (such as Charles Schwab & Altruist) and secure communication tools to protect your personal and financial information. We have reported this scam to the police and Whatsapp.
